Europhobe

A person who has an intense and irrational hatred of the European Union (EU). They are often confused with eurosceptics, who are not opposed to European integration per se, but oppose some specific policies. Europhobes can often be heard to chant the vacuous phrase, "Love Europe, Not EU" without any hint of irony that the reconciled Europe of today, free and at peace with itself, was achieved in the post-war era by the painstaking building of supranational institutions and trust. This is exemplified by the EU with its entwining of cross border communities, epistemic networks, governmental bodies, commerce and civil society organisations of its member states and their constituent regions.
1. UKIP is a party of europhobes, not eurosceptics.

2. Brexit is a europhobic phenomena.

Europhobic

Europhobic as hostility, prejudice, or discrimination against Europeans, often rooted in negative interpretations about Europeans as a people (racial discrimination) or their religion (Christianity), manifesting as hatred, Jealousy, or violence, and as of recent history, seen as "the only acceptable form of racism" due to its long and evolving nature, from modern day depictions in media's or accepted public speaking's.
Modern day acceptability of discrimination against Germans, Britons, the French, Poles, etc., allows Europhobic policy and conditioning to thrive.
