The term which states that "criminal justice" are two words which contradict one another.
Justice cannot, and must not be, criminal. To call that academic field CRIMINAL JUSTICE insinuates that the justice is criminal, therefore unfair, in fact, law-breaking. The term CRIMINAL JUSTICE is insane. That's why I call it the "criminal justice oxymoron." Anyone in their right (correct) mind will vote to replace that term with, for example, SOCIAL JUSTICE.

a law which allows teens to do anything they feel like and makes it impossible to charge anyone under the age of 18 with the proper punishment because it my "ruin" their life.

its a pathetic joke of a law....
(the following teen cannot be legally named because they are under the age of 17 and protected under the youth criminal justice act): hey, i think i should go and run over a person whos over 80 going 130 in an 80 zone just because im 17.

ben: why not. you'll only be charged $500 for it....

*the actually sentence for a crime like this that happened in winnipeg was $500....*
