ANY explanation a cop gives based on perceived authority by way of the badge rather than the LAW.

The officer gave me a detailed copsplanation of how I was obstructing his traffic stop by not completely rolling down my window.

Copsplanation 

An explanation given by police to convince themselves and the citizen they're engaged in an unlawful act when not. Whilst, simultaneously attempting to trick the citizen into enabling an officer to remain ADDICTED to acquiring citizen IDs unlawfully.

Stop giving me a copsplanation and tell me when I'm free to go.
