1. A female that craves chocolates, chocolate cake, chocolate milk, or anything else that's chocolate because it's her time of the month.

2. Anybody that has a slightly obsessive affinity for chocolate regardless of gender or hormonal condition. For example, the kid from Hey Arnold.

Miranda: Hey, Jenny! Wanna get some strawberry shortcake?

Jenny: No! I want chocolate cake with chocolate chips and chocolate sauce.
Miranda: Damn, it's shark week isn't it?
