An phrase coined by Young Jeezy that expresses the user's kinship with whomever is the object of the chia. May be used to express agreement, celebration, greeting, or any other, usually excited, emotions that the user may be feeling at the moment.

Chia, Chilling Here In the Atmosphere. Made famous by Timothy Delaghetto who made a song called 'CHIA' dedicated to his lady, however is now commonly used to say that you're doing well/relaxing/chilling/ happily doing nothing.
