1) The opposite of excellent.
2)A completly misguided idea that defies logic and will inevitablely cause massive damage. Used in a sarcastic slow clap style to mock-applaud the logic of people who follow a misguided belief that an action will be beneficial despite all the evidence being to the contrary.

1)Boris - “Lets smash a hole in the hull of our ship, to drain the bilge water”
Me - “That’s a brexcellent idea!”
2)Jacob - “I don’t believe in M.A.D. We should bomb the Russians to show we mean business and strengthen our hand.”
Me - “ Brexcellent! Let’s take back control!👏......👏”
