The Bootie Flu

Someone with HIV or another type of disease. Most often caught sexually. This could include any vast array of sexual diseases or anything that can spread during sexual activities.

Wow, look at that girl over there.

Dude, don't mess with her, I heard she has a heavy case of The Bootie Flu.
