Billy progressively scoots closer to Sally as she continues to scoot away from Billy. As Sally reaches the end of the couch she asks Billy for a blanket because she is cold. Sally then proceeds to give Billy the Blanket Treatment by denying him any chances of getting some action.

a technique used when a tard tries to make a break for it involving a wet, weighted blanket which has been put in the freezer. the wrangler throws the blanket on to the tard throwing him to the ground and stopping him in his tracks.
