"All up ons" is a colloquial usage describing popularity. "It means they really like you". It can also meansomething is on, around or close to someone.

A phrase derived from a Strong Bad E-mail. It has no specific definition and it's meaning can change several times in the same paragraph.
Recently it has swept the nation as the hottest slang phrase since "where's the beef?" and "hella." One would be wise to adopt it immediatly into ones vocabulary, otherwise one might be left in the dust as a square or a narc.
As an affirmation:

As an exclaimation:

As an insult:

adj. Condensed "all up ons", ascribed to a person who is shamelessly flirting with someone else, especially when the flirter is blatantly disregarding flirtee's need for personal space; being all up in the grill of the flirtee.
