A time honored drinking tradition that requires the following drink called the Blue Wave.

Ingredients:
.5 Oz part Hpnotiq
.5 Oz White wine
.5 Oz Orange Juice
a splash of Ginger ale

You also need many shot glasses of water(the more the better). You toast the person who is drinking the Blue Wave and when they are in the middle of downing shot you throw the water at them.
