A person who watches others get stoned and cant get stoned, either because he's on probation or because..he doesn't want to or whatever.
living vicariously through other stoners.

sophisticated stoner

A person who functions daily with routines such as household chores, a career/job, or a student who has good attendance and a passing gpa while smoking marijuana on a regular basis.

Even tho I smoke weed daily, I still perform my daily routines with a smile. I am a sophisticated stoner.
