Someone who always has weed in their pockets, and smokes on it all day, no matter where they are.

Guy 1: "Dude, you wanna get high right here in the auditorium? I brought some weed with me."

Guy2: "Man you're such a pocket stoner. But yes, yes I would like to smoke the stickiest of the icky with you."
