Republicans are open-minded free-thinking people who wish to create incentives to work, rather than incentives to collect free money while not working. Contrary to the belief of Democrats, Republicans are not racist, sexist, or homophobic. Republicans gladly welcome people of any race, sex, color, sexual orientation, religion, or other identifying factor, into the Republican party.
