This is a Hokkien low brow slang word meaning "your dad", where the person saying it denotes himself as "your dad". Used in countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan where the Hokkien dialect is spoken. 你爸 nim-peh in Hokkien, mandarin ni-ba.
