When you feel lost and out of touch after realizing you don't know who your friends really are since you don't hang out much with them. Also this sentence describes the feeling you get when you don't crave any physical touch but are forced to let your family kiss or hug you to not ruin everyone's mood. A cry-baiter is someone who baits another person to hurt them in order to cry to others or to authority figures that they were hurt.

Example: A cry-baiter violently attacks another group of people and when the previously attacked group exacts a painful revenge on the cry-baiter, the latter cries victim for someone to save them from the revenge attack.

There's a city-state in the middle east filled with cry-baiters constantly playing the victim despite their constant need to poke the bear.
