What is a possible meaning of a pineapple tattoo or characters? In current terms swingers or lifestyle. In past lore if the pineapple was upside down, you were in the lifestyle. But not necessarily the case today with tattoos. Hard to tell which way is up. So don't automatically assume. But generally if someone says look at my pineapple tattoo, they are playful.
