fear kite

A simple process in which person A screams in person B's face. Person B proceeds to run away (in fear) screaming like a maniac and such. Person A then begins to throw rocks and other assorted projectiles at person B (if there are no projectiles available, person A may follow person B around while he/she is running and punch them in the head). This process only works about 75% of the time.

I fear kited that whore Sam so hard last weekend.
