Jamaican dialect
Used as a susbtitute for the subject pronoun (non-standard) or the Demonstrative pronoun those.
Much like the object pronoun me replaces "I" informally.
It used as a plural marker in some cases but, not always and is used most times when it's replaceable with the subject pronoun they.
Eg.
Me speak whole heap of languages them. (Incorrect)
Me speak whole heap of languages. (Only correct version).
The tires them (dem) in the shed outta front. (Correct non-standard)
The tires, they're in the shed out front. (Correct standard)
Who yah going out with later?
Me friends them (dem). (Short reply exception)
What you going to do later?
Wash me clothes them (dem) (short reply exception)

Get the noah and themmug. They've always existed. always been and never were. Whether you wear them on your sleeve or they've been kicked underneath your bed, their always there. They are always present, never past, however sometimes future. No matter how close you think they are they have always already happened.
Their existence was foreseen, their future engraved into stone, their stories told long before they were written, their songs played before their instruments were made. They are always too far yet not far enough.
You can always find them, whether that be in a shooting star or the depths of the mirror, they will always be with you, seemingly following you wherever you go but trapped to roam only the space in your mind, a psychic shadow predetermined by Fate.
And they are always together, no matter what.
They balance themselves out, they need each other, they want each other, they have each other.
That's just how it is, it's how it's always been and it's how it will be.
