The Jackson storm effect is a sports related occurrence. It happens when newer athletes overtake and do better then the veteran elites in a sport . This marks the end of a sports generation where the newer athletes are better due to newer technological advancements and technique.

A Christmas Storm

Term referring to a severe storm that occurs within a metropolitan and/or city like area as opposed to a rural or regional area. The storm is sudden in nature, and usually brings about servere rainfall, wind speeds and flooding. Not to be confused with storms that occur on Christmas.

The City of Gold Coast was just hit by a Christmas Storm last week, the entire City is still recovering from the damage they even had a tornado, and it's not even Christmas yet!!
