Most commonly a native, but can also be someone who has lived there their whole life. Someone who has more pride for their state than anyone else. Someone would rather die in these mountains than ever live in the city.

Niles West

It is a high school in Skokie, IL. It is a semi-suburban high school in Cook County, very close to Chicago. It is a high school that is shared between Skokie, Lincolnwood, Niles, and Morton Grove. Niles North and Main East are the other high schools within that area of the Chicagoland area, but that's a whole different story. Niles West does a good job at disciplining students because punk ass teenagers so close to Chicago need plenty of discipline at that age. The faculty tries to show you what life is like after high school as an attempt to show the reality of the world. It is a great place once you finish your freshman year which is pure torture when you are under developed, smaller, and don't know what the hell is going on. But for the latter 3 years of high school, it runs much more smoothly.

Ross: Hello? Didn't you read Lord of the Rings in high school?
Joey: No, I had sex in high school.
Ross: Well, all students at Niles West had to read Lord of the Rings. O wait, or is that Lord of the Flies?

Westbury

Westbury is a neighborhood in Houston, Texas. It used to be a really nice neighborhood, but it started getting really ghetto in the 80's and 90's. Recently it has become increasingly popular with gays who like to mow their lawns in short shorts like Lt. Jim Dangle. This is good because homos are good for property values.

Kanye West is pathetic to say there are racial issues involved in the Katrina Rescues. My husband is one of the many HH-60 pilots rescuing victims of Katrina. My husband said there are hundreds of people on roof tops that need to be saved. They see someone and pick them up. There is not time to make a bias decision. If they need help, the relief assistance will do its best to get EVERYONE their relief. THIS IS NOT A RACIAL ISSUE ! ! ! It is childish to say such a thing when so many people are dying from all races.
