A psychological phenomenon where a person leaves a deep, lasting emotional and behavioural impact on others, often creating obsession, loyalty, or fascination that resurfaces more intensely over time — even after years of no contact. The affected individual remains mentally or emotionally tethered, unable to fully detach from the person who caused the Sher Affect.

This effect is often driven by emotional manipulation, intense charisma, or strategic behavioral influence.
