Someone who doesn't really know how computers work, but has managed to convince everyone else they are the ones that need the pedestal.

Cyber visionaries can normally be identified making agreeable, generic and often obvious statements about computers at conferences or on twitter.

Oh, he's a cyber visionary, that explains it.

A last-ditch excuse for allowing an authority to snoop through an electronic device, particularly a phone or tablet. Often used by the non-technical with an assumption that nobody will understand them and comply anyway.

FBI: Gimme your phone.
You: No.
FBI: It has a cyber pathogen on it.
You: wut
