A moersleutel is a person who is very thin so gives the impression that they are not treated very well. This is further enforced by them not having very many friends with most people using them to accomplish tasks, ie. using them as a tool. It is an old Dutch insult that translates at "spanner".

Paul is such a moersleutel. Tom isn't the sharpest moersleutel the shed.
