This concept was imported to us from Holland and is used to define
1) A silver-fox age (usualy 45-60) male with RSCS on a train or bus who systematically and purposefully tries to sit in the vicinity of an often young (age somewhere between 18-25) woman and then to enter into a conversation with her
2) a silver fox age male pedophile who, instead of prowling the Internet, Facebook and other social networking sites to find his young female (often teenage) victims, he uses intercity trains and public city buses to do so.

Get the Creepsmug. Sarcastic term used in the submarine fleet, mostly by forward submariners, to describe the slow takeover of aft “Nukes” and their nerdy engineering culture of nerdism. They over think everything and make life miserable and difficult, unless you’re a Nuke! Nukes are famous for being the golden children of the boat, exhausting procedural compliance to the Nth degree, a requirement culture of working near the reactor and engineering spaces. Besides finding their rack for sleeping or the mess decks for eating, these top tiered Nerds know nothing about the forward half of the boat, control spaces and weapons areas. Junior officers graduating to division officer jobs up forward, try “creeping-nukism” philosophy on such admired and prideful Torpedo Divisions, who put the smack down on such tomfoolery without prompting.

Get the Creepmug. A mega creep is a creep but worse.
In a world of predators, he is an apex predator.
Being attracted to someone in your age group & asking them out doesn't make someone creepy,
wanting to violate them, touch and embrace them non-consensually, without emotional reason to, and being predatory does.
The mega creep does all of that with extremely creepy (not cute) smiles, tongue licking and finger wiggling gestures, wanting to Joe Biden sniff anyone he is attracted to
There is nothing wrong with being bisexual alone, many bisexual people are awesome & many awesome people are bisexual
But the mega creep is not one of them
And whereas a standard creep is only creepy to one gender, and just really mean but not creepy to the other one:
The mega creep is creepy to both.
When he sees a young couple, he doesn't admire & want to violate just one: he admires & wants to violate both.
