An individual who has gone through the steps to become certified as a racist in the eyes of the public and the law. Ordained Racists are known to think of themselves as certified beauticians. However, they are just blatantly racist and decidedly out of pocket.

The Order of the Foil is a community of sea sports enthusiasts at East Coast Park, Singapore.
The coat of arms for the Order was inspired by the Roman eagle or Aquila (in this case a White Bellied Sea Eagle that nearly brained a paddleboarder).
The sea eagle soars above the waves riding on the front wing of a foil etched with the Latin phrase "Amici Ad Omnia", meaning friends ready for any adventure.
The crown represents the headgear to prevent the aforesaid braining by sea eagles, but also an acknowledgement that we are all champions in our own way...
