From poron: in social media, a Post-and-Run Moron who insincerely makes a moronic social media post, often claiming expertise they do not have, for attention with no intention to respond; + Duck here being a contraction indicating Dunning Kruger syndrome (a type of cognitive bias in which the person believes that they are experts in a topic in which they in fact know almost nothing.
