Something people say is meant to help you escape from them, when really it's always been them looking for an oppurtunity to escape from you. It's a lot like somebody trying to pay you to walk away, when really they're trying to pay you so that they can.
Nobody was looking for loopholes in the bubbly girl's bullshit rules, laws, or mandates, and they didn't have to because they were never in a deal or contract with her, and therefore had no obligations to her. She really needed to quit fucking with their lives, and that was it.

Most American's willingly follow the laws as given, but there are about 5% of people that are just loophole larrys , so we have to write these laws as airtight as possible or we won't get the beneficial outcome we were hoping for.
