Joint

A joint of meat is traditionally found in British butchers shops. It is a piece or slab of meat, usually Beef, Pork or Ham (Gammon) which is rolled and then tied off with string ready for cooking. Although, many Brits will now refer to most large pieces of meat as “a joint of meat”, though this is technically incorrect.

How much is that joint of beef?

Coffee joint

Coffee joint is like a joint, except it's for coffee. You roll a piece of paper and light the joint then light the stove with it. You then proceed to make coffee in a stovetop espresso maker. Coffee is not possible without the coffee joint.

I lit the stove with the coffee joint, then I made coffee in the stovetop espresso maker.
