Slang term used in New England meaning "The biggest LOSER ever."

CLAM DIGGER CAN ALSO BE USED TO MEAN THE SAME THING- BUT IF YOU ARE A CLAM DIGGER YOU ARE WORSE THAN THE BAKER!
This is old slang that started in the 1950's. In the 1950's in New England, it meant that you were the person who was on your knees digging for your dinner. (Which meant that you were low class)
The new generation changed the meaning a bit to say that YOU WERE SUCH A LOSER- WORTHLESS SCUM
