An annoying bitch who's afraid of freezing weather.

Taking the word "Emi" which means someone who likes to whine; mix with "Chill"; Chillemi means "Cold causes whining".

A chillemi is pretty much an insult used to describe people afraid of the cold, it's not a pleasant thing to be called.

Karen: Denny, zip up your jackie, it's fucking cold outside!

Denny: I'm fine. I love the cold.
