Seppo Of Colour. A Seppo (person from the US) who thinks that by virtue of them being non-white that they're excused from being called out for exemplifying the traits of extreme ignorance and insular jingoistic self centredness typical of Seppos.
This SOC just said people in Eastern Europe bennefit from white privilege and colonialism despite knowing nothing about the place.
