"In the European Style" Phrase in turkish describing something that is European in style, origin, or ideology; opposite of ala turka, which is of Turkish style.

There are two kinds of coffee, but the kind I like is ala frenga; ala turka is too heavy for me.

Ala came from the Filipino word "wala" which means none.
Me as in the English word "me".
And pakels was derived from the Filipino word "pakialam" which means care.
