A slutty store for rich, preppy, skinny hipsters.The attire is consistent with see through shirts and daisy dukes that fit well on the posters of nude models that are everywhere you go. Everything is so disgusting you'll probably need to bleach your eyes once you leave. (More disgusting than Nicki Minaji's plastic ass) Sometimes nicknamed Abercrombie & Bitch because everyone who works there and shops there is more rude than the ladies from Dance Moms.

Person: Do you shop at Abercrombie & Fitch?
Me: I would rather give up Tumblr and gay fanfic than go within 50 feet of that store.

What happens when a person buys Abercrombie & Fitch clothing. Usually a super-skinny boy or girl who were once obese shop at A & B. They buy the clothing, and act if they were better than their friends. They start bragging and quickly lose their friends.

Me: Hey, look.
You: What?
Me: Isn't that molly?
You: Who?
Me: Molly.
You: I don't know who that is.
Me: She was my best friend a long time ago, before she wore Abercrombie & Fitch.
You: What happened?
Me: She was a bit overweight, like 2 or 3 pounds. All the kids who wore A & B made fun of her.
You: Then what?
Me: She started crying, and went home due to an emotional collapse. She didn't come back to school for a month. When she did come back, she looked... bad.
You: Why?
Me: She was really underweight, and she wore A & B clothing. I went to talk to her, and she said" Who the hell are you?!" I said" I'm your friend." She said "Whateva, bitch. Go home!"
You: What did you do?
Me: I slapped her.
You: The lesson here?
Molly: AAAAah!! It's you! Get away, you! Get away!

You're nothing if you're not Perfect...

First off, I used to work as an in store model in the London store of Abercrombie and Fitch. I didn't go for the job because i loved the store or the clothes(actually i'd never even been in!), i got scouted and thought i'd have a go as i need some extra money. At the interveiw/casting we had our pictures taken and then sat in a group and were asked questions. One of which was "why do you think diversity is important in the work place?"i answered the question and didn't give it another thought until I got the job and went for the training day. We sat in a small room waiting to start and i look around. Every single girl in the room was over 5'8", thin and gorgeous. Every guy was muscular tanned and very attractive. As the day went on and the rules came out it got more and more clear that they didn't want even the tinest bit of diversity. They have a mold and the expect you to stick to it. Everyday before you work you are checked by the "visual" team. If they deem you unfit to take the floor, you get put in the stock room underground. I completely agree with some of the people saying "it's just a store! let people wear what they want!" but at the end of the day it's not. It's a brand image that makes kids believe you're nothing if you're not perfect.

ABERCROMBIE AND FITCH

A popular clothing store usually more trendy than is fashionable(but then again, fashion is subjective). Villified by some, and loved equally by others. Lovers are usually characterized by various stereotypes including "preps", "jocks", "cheerleaders" and being "popular" and claims that the brand is "stylish". They say that haters are jealous because they can afford $75 jeans while forgetting that fact that designer denim(which cost upwards of more than $100) is more fashionable and highly regarded than mall jeans. Haters on the other hand are characterized by various stereotypes of various countercultures including, but not limited to "goths", "emos", "skaters", "punks" and "being different". They often consider AnF as sheep clothing, claim that preps who wear them aren't really real preps in the traditional sense while completely forgetting that words change and goth used to mean the barbarians of Western Europe, etc, etc.

Both sides should stop taking this thing so seriously, all of them(that should include me and I should not have added this entry because that makes me no different from any of you), are all sheeps of thier respective "cultures". Both are walking stereotypes and are no different from each other.

Incorporate AnF into your wartdrobe. It wouldnt hurt, maybe just your ego. But at the same time, don't just wear AnF exclusively. You look cheap, go buy some real designer stuff, not some mass produced crap all the time.

I wear raw denim and people don't know what it is so I feel better about myself because I am oh so cool. But only I know it. ABERCROMBIE AND FITCH and Hot Topic have some interesting clothes but not all and I love browsing there and taunt the sheeps in my head to make me feel better about myself.
