It is also a phrase uttered in conversation randomly and out of context when a person wants to feel cool, young and laid back, when in reality they are far past their teen years. It is also a way of identifying people who will be paying much higher taxes by the time they reach their mid 40s to pay for aged care for a higher proportion of pensioner aged people.
