An adjective given to someone or something that is always on you about doing a certain action and won't stop bothering you until the action has been done. Can also be applied for saying that someone is being an "ass nipper" to someone else

"Is this the final time in need to tell you? Go get the chicken out of the freezer ."
"Chill out mom, I'm playing Xbox. Stop being such an ass nipper."
