Pronouns other than she/her, he/him, or they/them. Common examples may include xe/xem, ze/zir, or fae/faer. Often a controversial subject, even among the LGBTQ+ community.

Neopronouns are perfectly valid and can help people express their gender identity if they feel that she, he, or they doesn't properly encompass it.
