short for "just saying." Used at the end of a statement to indicate to the reader that the writer is a making a passive aggressive comment while trying not to offend the reader.

"The Republicans have never really been the best "humanitarians" unless oil is involved ... jussayin"

"Liberals are not the most fiscally responsible people ... jussayin"
