In the MMORPG of MapleStory, it is an acronym for "change channels". It is most commenly used when a person is leveling up on a map and another person comes in and starts kill stealing. The person that was originally there would then tell the person that just joined to "cc" so they could train on the same map, but on another channel.

Crowd Control, often used in mmorpg's.
It means that you can stop a mob from attacking you a most of the time partly or totally immobillize the mob.

a female that always moves from town to town who comes off as the "new girl" and throws herself at any guy. A "Cc" is one who is a dirty ho who has a filthy vag. Usually it will contain the scent of old rotten fish. Many guys will hook up with this "Cc" and possibly get an STD as a result of this.
Man 1: Hey bro I dont remember who I nailed last night at that party cuz I was so drunk.
Man 2: Hmm...did she have a fish in her Vag?
Man 1: yea, she definitely did
Man 2: Ah, it must have been Cc

Constructive Criticism. Critique given by reviewers to help a writer improve his/her work. The opposite of a flame. There is nice CC, matter of fact CC and harsh CC.
Flames are criticism without help suggestions

CC Example 1: This story is pretty damn good, but I do have a slight issue with A and C. Improve and it'll be as good as B and D.
CC Example 2: What have you done? This story is very poorly written, yet it could be great if you do this this this and this. I also suggest you find a beta reader.
CC Example 2: WTF? What is this crap? You don't have any writing talent whatsoever! *proceeds to tell why*
Flame: U suk! My fuking dog can write better than u. Remove dis shit and stop writing, tard!

Click Click
Originaly in WWII pilots would confirm a request or an order by clicking thier mic in and out, making a "click click" sound. Now a days, gamers use the letters CC to imitate/abbreviate the sound.
