A constant change in 'BFFL' should logically mean that it should be called 'BFFAFMTIDYFSMP' - Best friends for about five minutes then i ditch you for someone more popular.

The point is, if someone calls you there 'bffl' stay away, if they ment it they would take the time to say 'best friends' and not the bullshit shortened version :)
