(Noun); A white person who continues to screech like a raptor about how they’re “not the problem”, or about how they’re “being oppressed”.

1.)Mckayleigh Ann started out as annoying, claiming she “doesn’t see color”, but then she showed her true colors & went full snow raptor in a follow up video.

2.) Braxtyn went on a tangent about how “Vikings had dreads,” & that he’s “just so sick of being punished for being proud to be a white man”.. Absolute snow raptor behavior.
