Competitive Dance

Competitive dance is one of the hardest sports. A dancer must fit the perfect size, have balance, be flexible, make it look easy, with all the make it look graceful.

There are multiple types of dance styles ballet, tap, hiphop, lyrical, and many more.

The ballet part of the industry is quite messed up. SOME professionals have struggled with eating disorders, HAVE USED physical abuse in the past, and mental abuse.

As a dancer in my opinion dance is one of the hardest sport.

a dance when you march in place and swing your arms up and down like a stationary soldier. Cane be performed to music ranging from tunes such as "All i want for christmas is you" to "Lean back" with "What it is to burn" in between.
