Second meaning: the most offensive and baddest swear word out there, behind nigger of course. Basically calling someone stupid or annoying.

Third: cats underneath norwegian tables.

This meaning dates back to the 16houndreds, back when naughty kitties snuck abroad by getting under norwegian tables. Nowdays it means saging some to go back their country, because of the cat travelled abroad so he is foreign.
