A wiggerscum is terminology that rarely used in low class social circles, but it is used frequently by white wealthy students, and rich CEOs. It is a word that describes a white person who acts like a nigger. So In essence it is a white nigger, but to compete the package they must be a poor one, if they aren't poor they are just a wigglet.
