Any persons belonging to the native/indigenous/reserve american tribes that has dna, rna, haplogroups and blood types that is similar to the Mongolians people.

The term natives, and indigenous according to the black law dictionary is any person's born in any country no matter their orgins.

For example if ones orgins is from Arabia but is born in America. That person would be consider a Native to America under law.

The mongo claims to be an orginal American but his orgins comes from Mongolia.
