electro-kinetic sensitivity

the ability to sense electrical appliances when they are activated. NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH ELECTRO-KINESIS. i invented the word to describe a form of telepathy previously undocumented, the ability to sense static electricty. it is a rare gift, i only know one person who has it.

to be reported, snitched on (usually falsely). Give C.O. a small piece of paper that gives a brief description of the inmate (name), and accusation so the inmate gets transferred to another cell block.

He was causing trouble on the cell block in jail so we kited the inmate to a guard.
