Sometimes these kids will go even farther and make there icons smaller or even hide there face all together luckily you can spot them just by seeing the "Greenscreen with username" I have no idea why youtube added this feature its just there for kids to steal and farm views.

Green Screen Kids are used for stealing videos and getting a million views.
