Said, usually in conjunction with a "smh" (or physical shaking of the head), in a situation where a person is just being a hot mess. Can either be a playful response to a friend (ex. 1) or a flabbergasted response to someone who isn't a friend (ex. 2).

Joe: I got pissy drunk at the party last night, girl! I woke up in the parking lot of a retirement home.
Tiffany: OMG...I can't even with you.

Will: I'm against gay marriage, I voted to deny prom tickets to gay couples in high school, I don't think gay people should be able to adopt kids, I've donated thousands of dollars to Exodus International, and I don't like Ricky Martin. How dare you call me a homophobe!
Justin: smfh...I can't even with you.

You are really going to get it!

Oftentimes, said in anger, a parent will use this phrase in a desperate attempt to get an unruly child to obey.

Parent: "What did I tell you about talking to me like that? You know darn well that when you talk to me in that tone of voice it really annoys me. You are really going to get it!"

Child: " You have been saying that to me for the last 13 years. What is it that I am really going to get, cuz I haven't gotten "it" yet! LOL

do you like anyone?

"Do you like anyone?" is usually used when a guy/girl likes someone and they are curious if they like them back. It's usually used in text messaging when two person text each other. After saying "hi" and asking "how's your day?" someone usually ends up asking "do you like someone" hoping that the answer would be "yes".

boy: hi :)
girl: oh hi (:
boy: hows your day

girl: it was okay, how was yours?
boy: its was good.

-no reply from the girl-
boy: so do you like anyone?
girl: uhmm idk ... o_O

hand you your ass

a euphanism for beat up.
also refers to being put down, insulted, or caught in the act of doing something you shouldn't.

basically, you can apply it to anything, as it's a really useful phrase.

bitch, you mess with me, i will hand you your ass!!!

i just got my ass handed you me by my math teacher for texting in class.

Lindsey Lohan got her ass handed to her in court. twice.
