Like a fuck boy, but dirty. Trash boys usually have dad bods, stretched earlobes, hand tattoos, and stylish, but unwashed hair. The trash boy probably plays in a metal band or does tattoos, and smokes a lot of weed. Trash boys are good for sex, but are incapable of love.
