A superficial, former bully of a person, who was once considered 'Popular' or 'Fit', who has since transformed into someone who is now bitter and/or overweight.

. Often involves an increase of breast size, but a decrease of people looking or caring.
. An uncontrollable release of sweat and energy-loss when engaging in an argument with someone who no longer fears you.
. Having so much hatred for yourself you may, 'Pop'.

. "Wow did you see her! She's a right Fat Pop now!"

. "She used to call me fat all the time, now look at her! She's a Fat Pop!"

. "She's such a Fat Pop, I fear she may burst"

Pop music can be any form of music (rock, country, rap even metal) that hits the chart. But it has some requirements:
1. Have no talent
2. Repeat lyrics over and over
3. Be good looking
4. Remember to have no musical ability!
5. If you are a boy, feature half naked girls in your video
6. If you are a girl, be half naked.
7. Lyrics are whatever the public wants to listen to.

If you join the pop music industry, you'll last a few years at most.

The mainstream (and over-used) format of popular music originating in the mid-decade of 2000. The most common setup is a vocal piece that has a break in between for a featured rapper.
