Slang for unreleased music that artists give you to play out at shows.

The term plates is commonly used in the riddim dubstep community.

A plate can also be classified as (NO SHARE) which means its extremely exclusive and it is not for playing out.

A plate that is labeled (playable) can be played at live shows

"Yo can i get some of these subfiltronik plates?"
"I'm gonna rinse the fuck out of these plates for tonight's set?"
